City of Winchester, City Yards
Painter-Lewis, P.L.C. contracted with the City of Winchester to provide surveying, civil engineering, and structural design of multiple new office and storage buildings. The project also included the associated infrastructure improvements to the existing city maintenance yard, consisting of two parcels containing fifteen acers. Specifically, Painter-Lewis, P.L.C. provided boundary, and topographic survey services for the preparation of site development plan, complete development of the site plan, and structural designs for the new office and storage buildings, transportation support facilities and maintenance areas.
