Our team of 14 employees includes professional engineers, a landscape architect, a licensed land surveyor, and the staff who help keep our projects moving. Available Job Opportunities
Painter-Lewis, P.L.C. is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and the use of modern surveying equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, boundary, and topographic surveys.
- Construction layout.
- Operate GPS, total stations, and other surveying equipment.
- Prepare survey reports, maps, and legal descriptions.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and construction teams.
- Ensure all surveys comply with applicable regulations and standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of land surveying experience.
- Proficiency with surveying instruments and CAD/survey software.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Valid driver's license.
- Surveyor license/certification is preferred.
